Your satisfaction is guaranteed! 

If you don’t love your slippers, or they don't work out for any other reason, we are happy to exchange for a pair or equal or lesser value, or you may return them for a full refund (issued to your original payment method).

The returns/exchanges process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. 

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the slippers back to us. 

Returned slippers must be unworn, clean, and in the same condition as when received.  To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at sales@bunnyslippers.com.
