Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
If you don’t love your slippers, they have a defect, or they don't work out for any other reason, we are happy to exchange for a pair or equal or lesser value, or you may return them for a full refund.
The returns/exchanges process must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Please note: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the slippers back to us.
Refunds will be issued to the card on which the order was placed. Also note that returns will be refunded the full amount less shipping charges. All returns involving 4 or more items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returned slippers must be unworn, clean, and in the same condition as when received.
