Many a love story has been penned by the hands of unlikely couples: Harold and Maude, Roger and Jessica Rabbit, Sienna Miller and P. Diddy... and now a pit bull named Sharky and his cotton-tailed pal have joined the ranks.
Sharky was first made famous on the Ellen Degeneres show when he acted as a makeshift pool ladder for a paddling of baby ducks.
It just goes to show that even big dogs fall to pieces in the face of baby animal cuteness.
